Shifts: 4 on 4 off – Days & Nights (6am–6pm / 6pm–6am)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate bakery production machinery and follow health & safety standards

  • Maintain product quality by following company procedures

  • Support with hygiene, cleaning, and basic maintenance tasks

  • Work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

  • Adapt to different tasks across production, asset care, and hygiene

  • Reliable and punctual team players

  • Ability to follow instructions and work to high quality standards

  • Flexible to work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, including days and nights

About Our Bristol Site

Located at Severn Beach, our Bristol bakery is just 15 minutes from the M5 and close to the Severn Bridge (toll-free from Wales). It features three manufacturing plants and operates 24/7, 363 days a year. The site also serves as a Driver Training Centre and major Distribution Hub.
