Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly and positive attitude

  • Help customers with queries, purchases, and product recommendations

  • Stock shelves efficiently and assist with deliveries as they arrive

  • Maintain a clean and organised store environment

  • Bake fresh goods and keep the in-store bakery fully stocked

  • Merchandise our popular Middle of Lidl non-food product ranges

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced retail or customer service role is a plus

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Willingness to work early mornings, late evenings, and weekends

  • Flexible, motivated, and enthusiastic about working as part of a team

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently when needed
