Job Summary:

Aurora Diaz is seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Support Worker to provide essential in-home care services in Montréal, QC. This is a full-time, temporary opportunity ideal for individuals passionate about personal care, companionship, and supporting the well-being of adults and young adults.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and bedside assistance

  • Assist with bathing, hygiene, and dressing

  • Support clients with light exercises, such as walking

  • Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and cleaning tasks

  • Prepare and serve nutritious home-cooked meals

  • Offer emotional support and companionship

  • Maintain a safe and non-smoking environment

Job Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of related experience

  • Certification: Valid First Aid Certificate

  • Language: English

  • Work Site: In employer’s/client’s home

Physical Demands:

  • Regular walking, bending, kneeling, and crouching
