๐จ⚕️ Your Responsibilities as a Support Worker:
As a Support Worker based in Heywood, your role will involve:

Supporting adults with learning disabilities in their daily living (e.g., meal preparation, personal care)

Promoting independence and life skills

Providing emotional support and building positive relationships

Driving service users to appointments and community outings (manual licence required)

Taking part in sleep-in shifts (non-contractual, enhanced pay)
Work rotas are provided at least 4 weeks in advance, helping you maintain a great work-life balance.

No previous experience is needed – full training is provided! We’re looking for people with:
