👨‍⚕️ Your Responsibilities as a Support Worker:

As a Support Worker based in Heywood, your role will involve:

  • Supporting adults with learning disabilities in their daily living (e.g., meal preparation, personal care)

  • Promoting independence and life skills

  • Providing emotional support and building positive relationships

  • Driving service users to appointments and community outings (manual licence required)

  • Taking part in sleep-in shifts (non-contractual, enhanced pay)

Work rotas are provided at least 4 weeks in advance, helping you maintain a great work-life balance.
