๐ผ Job Overview
As a Member Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for credit union members, assisting with inquiries related to accounts, digital banking, cards, and loans. You'll provide expert-level support via phone and digital communication channels, ensuring every interaction meets our standard of world-class service.
๐ ️ Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls to assist members with products, services, accounts, and transactions.

Conduct secure member verification and resolve service-related issues efficiently.

Specialize in digital services, card services, or loan processing queues.

Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure accurate issue resolution.

Maintain detailed records and follow all established procedures.

Perform additional duties and participate in projects as assigned.
✅ Qualifications & Requirements

6+ months of customer service experience preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced contact center environment.

Proficient with multitasking across various software platforms.

Highly organized with keen attention to detail.

Previous experience with dual monitor setups and remote work tools is a plus.
