Retail Assistant Responsibilities:

As a Retail Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of the customer experience. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Greeting and assisting customers with product information, sizing, and returns

  • Maintaining an organised and visually appealing sales floor and fitting rooms

  • Efficiently operating tills, handling purchases, returns, and customer queries

  • Unpacking deliveries, restocking shelves, and ensuring accurate product pricing
