Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do:

Stock Management & Inventory Control

  • Receive and inspect product deliveries

  • Label, tag, and organize products in stockrooms and on shelves

  • Conduct regular stock counts and support inventory audits

  • Monitor and manage stock levels, expiry dates, and product rotation

Replenishment & Merchandising

  • Restock the sales floor efficiently to meet customer demand

  • Support merchandising and promotional displays

  • Ensure stockrooms are well-organized and aligned with store needs

Cash Operations

  • Accurately process transactions following Sephorapedia guidelines

  • Manage cash-in/out procedures and maintain organized checkout spaces

  • Ensure gift wrap and packaging stations are stocked and tidy

Customer Experience

  • Welcome and assist clients with enthusiasm and product knowledge

  • Suggest products and services that elevate the in-store experience

  • Support sales categories on the floor when needed

Team Collaboration

  • Communicate effectively with the management team and fellow associates

  • Train new stock team members on inventory processes

  • Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Store Setup

  • Assist with unboxing and setting up merchandise during new store openings

Ideal Candidate – What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior experience in stock management or retail operations (preferred)

  • Knowledge of beauty, skincare, or cosmetic products (a plus)

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to lift boxes, stand for long hours, and perform physical tasks

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Sales-oriented with a passion for delivering results

  • Professional, polished appearance and love for beauty trends

  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
