💷 Salary: £25,163 – £26,681 per annum (dependent on experience)
🕒 Hours: 37.5 hours/week (5 days out of 7, shifts between 7am–10pm, including weekends on a rota)

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • 🌟 Deliver an outstanding front-of-house experience for students and visitors

  • 🏠 Conduct flat viewings, inspections, and support the sales process

  • 🎉 Plan and host student engagement events and welcome activities

  • 💬 Be the first point of contact for queries, offering helpful, friendly support

  • 🧰 Assist with lockouts, general enquiries, and day-to-day resident needs

What We’re Looking For:

  • ✅ A warm, approachable individual with a positive, can-do attitude

  • ✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • ✅ Great organisational and time-management abilities

  • ✅ Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service is a plus
