Your Role: Casual Food & Beverage Assistant

As a Casual Waiter/Waitress at our Birmingham hotel, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding food and beverage service. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner, your attention to detail, people-first approach, and ability to anticipate guests’ needs will leave a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and take food & drink orders with a warm, friendly attitude

  • Provide expert knowledge of the menu and offer recommendations

  • Upsell where appropriate to enhance guest satisfaction

  • Ensure food and drinks are served promptly and professionally

  • Maintain cleanliness in the dining and buffet areas, and assist in the bar or kitchen as needed

  • Set up the restaurant for service, ensuring a welcoming environment
