We’re currently hiring a Full-Time Housekeeper to join our friendly and supportive team in Glasgow. If you have a passion for cleanliness, attention to detail, and excellent customer service, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of communal areas, reception, offices, and amenities.

  • Perform daily external litter picks and clean all public spaces to a high standard.

  • Ensure vacant rooms, apartments, and show flats are freshened throughout the day.

  • Carry out weekly flush-downs in unoccupied units as per health and safety protocols.

  • Log maintenance issues and report hazards to the Community Manager or relevant teams.

  • Support the Community team in responding to resident queries and ad hoc cleaning requests.

  • Monitor and manage cleaning supply inventory and inform the team when restocking is needed.

  • Use cleaning materials efficiently while maintaining top-quality hygiene standards.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications & Knowledge:

  • Basic English reading and writing skills (to understand COSHH labels and safety procedures)

  • Understanding of UK health & safety standards

  • Safe use and care of cleaning tools and products

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow standard operating procedures

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision

  • High attention to detail and cleanliness standards

  • Friendly, adaptable, and professional with excellent interpersonal skills
